Terms

This warranty covers the original purchaser only and must be accompanied by the original bill of sale for warranty coverage. Mattress must be purchased with the matching Box spring/foundation or warranty is void Mattress sold without a box spring/foundation is not under warranty. If the mattress or box spring/foundation is structurally defective free repair for the first year, transportation not included. A double support bed frame for a single/Twin bed and triple support bed frame for double, Queen and King Beds must be used to support the box spring/foundation or the warranty is void. The warranty does not apply to the outer covering or fabric, if soiled or stained the warranty under Niagara Health and the Ontario Registration for Upholstered and stuffed Articles act registration number 93Q7092 will be void.

Important

No flip mattresses should be rotated from head to foot every three months. Two sided mattresses should be rotated every three months and flipped every six months to provide a better sleeping surface. A 1" to 1 1/2 " Body impressions are normal in today's thick quilted mattresses. A 2" or more impression will fall under warranty. For more info contact info@bestwaybedding.com
